Every skin is different, so why should every treatment be the same? I customize every service to your skincare needs and goals. We want every facial to be the best facial.
I am trained in a variety of advanced services, including high-frequency facials, enzyme facials, LED light therapy, and chemical peels.
My service does not end after the facial is finished. I am always happy to follow up with clients to continue their results and consult on home care. I have a wide variety of products to cater to your needs and prolong your supernatural glow.
Not only am I a Licensed Esthetician in New York State, I am also a Master Esthetician in Washington State. NY unfortunately does not make the distinction, but I did complete twice the amount of training hours in WA than NY estheticians for licensing. My education was highly focused on facials, skin anatomy and physiology, and advanced facial techniques.
A facial is a customized skincare treatment to help you feel good about your skin. Getting a facial is much like working out at the gym; if you are not doing it consistently or following a routine, then you may not see much of a difference. You can achieve long-term results by seeing your esthetician regularly and following their advice. Facials are not always sought out for problem skin though, and some people want a facial treatment to relax and enjoy the experience.
While acne in itself is a medical condition that can only be diagnosed and treated by a doctor, estheticians in New York are qualified to advise on skincare and treatments that can alleviate papules, pustules, ingrown hairs, and skin irritation. With proper home care and regular treatments, the symptoms of acne can be better managed.
Wrinkles on forehead, wrinkles around mouth, and wrinkles under eyes are very common as people age. Facials will not completely eliminate them, however, certain things can be done to improve their appearance. Proper exfoliation, hydration, and electrical rejuvenation of the skin can be incorporated into your spa facial for the appearance of tighter skin.
Your specific treatment depends on your skin concerns, your goals, and your budget, but most facial treatments are made up of similar steps. Every facial begins with cleansing the skin, usually incorporating heat with hot towels or steam. The skin is then exfoliated before extractions are performed as needed. Massage is incorporated for relaxation and manual lymphatic drainage. We usually add a soothing mask before completing the facial with targeted serums and moisturizer.
