Cancellation & Payment Policies

 Appointment changes must be made and confirmed with your service provider at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Changes can be made through Vagaro or by texting Chelsea at 253-444-3843. Please note that emails or website requests may not be read in time and should not be used to communicate appointment changes.

Appointments missed, lateness by 10+ minutes, or cancellation within 48 hours are subject to fees. Cancellation fees are equal to 50% of the original service price. Pre-paid appointments (including promotional vouchers) will incur a $20 cancellation fee instead. Missing your appointment, cancelling within 48 hours, or being more than 10 minutes late will incur the cancellation fee. A card number must be on file to secure your appointment. Virtual/Livestream consultations are paid for at the time of booking, and failing to appear via Zoom will result in forfeiture of these funds.

Full sets of lashes require a $50 deposit which will be charged to your card on file. Deposits are forfeited if you no longer want the appointment, are 10+ minutes late, reschedule within 48 hours, or reschedule more than once. In the event of a cancellation within 48hrs/no-show fee, the deposit will count towards the fee charge.

Payment is due at the time of service. Clients who are unable to or refuse to pay at their appointment after services have been rendered will be charged the full service price to the card on file. If the card is declined and/or no payment is rendered, this will be considered as theft of service. Due to the nature of our business, IOU's or offers to pay later cannot be accepted. We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice if you are financially unable to keep your appointment.

After multiple instances of no-shows, cancellation within 48 hours, or lateness past 10 minutes, the client may be blocked from booking again. All cancellation fees or forfeited deposits may not be refunded under any circumstance.

Chargebacks on payments made to Supernatural Skin LLC (including but not limited to payments for fees, deposits, services, or products) will result in being blocked from booking again and future appointments will be cancelled automatically. "Chargebacks" refer to instances where the client paid in good faith but report the transaction as fraud to their bank or financial institution, and this includes cancelling digital payments rendered as well.
